Introduction

Zhaodong Sewage Treatment Plant is located on the west side of Zhaolan New River in Tiedong District, Zhaodong City, covering an area of 44,100 square meters. The first phase of the project started construction in April 2009, was completed in October 2009, and was put into operation in October of the same year. It was put into trial operation in October of the same year, and officially started commercial operation on January 1, 2010. Construction of the continuation project started in August 2010, construction was completed on November 15, 2011, and commercial trial operation began on December 21 of the same year. The construction scale of the first phase is 30,000 m 3 of sewage per day, and the construction scale of the first phase of the continuous construction project is 20,000 m 3 of sewage per day.

According to the material hazard index and the toxicity of various substances, it is determined that the risk hazards are ozone, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, methane, etc., as well as laboratory and online instrument waste liquid and waste engine oil.

According to the possible personal safety and environmental impacts, our factory regularly transfers waste liquid in accordance with regulations, uses special warehouses for sealed storage, and allows qualified waste liquid disposal companies to handle it; and uses deodorizing facilities for waste gas. For deodorization treatment, personnel also perform gas detection before entering the limited space for work, and take targeted precautions and emergency and mitigation measures, so that the accident rate of waste liquid projects is zero, and the impact of exhaust gas on the environment has reached an acceptable level.
